■ 本装备是作为 FPD(Flat. Pane Display）领域的LCD.PDP.OLED 等的 Panel Main Sealing 为目的的开发的最佳型号，可应用于各种规格的型号。
■ 应用于线内（ In Line ）设备， 而且制作紧凑型尺寸，所以方便在洁净室适用。
■ 采用光导（ Light Guide ）方式， 只对必要的部位进行UV照射，用来处理 UV 非常敏感的产品。
■ 光源（ Lamp House）的温度以及UV光亮可以进行反馈控制（Feedback Control ），采用自动冷却系统（ Auto Cooling System ）。
■ 与主设备完全联动运行，可控性强， 而且装备的维护也方便。

■ There epuipment is developed, applied and optimized for Panel Main Sealing of LCD, PDP and OLED in the FPD(F lat Pane Display)field. It can be applicable to various standards of models.
■ It is applicable to in-line epuipment,and is manufacturd as acompact size so as to be used in clean room.
■ Developed inorder to deal with products sensitive to UV by desighning so as to irradiate UV on the demanded Part by adopting the light guide mechod.
■ For the temperature of lamp house and the intensity of UV light, feedback control is possible and auto cooling System is applied.
■ Able to control through interlocking with the main facility and easy to maintain equipment.
